I’m running my regular test installation on Hetzner to be prepared for the worst. Now I get the following error during setup.

Manually run of add-apt-repository --y ppa:ondrej/php results in the same error. This is running on Hetzner, does anybody know if this is a known/common problem?
The Github issues did not show so I guess it is some kind of local problem and I seek guidance.
