Mail-in-a-Box was not designed to be a bulk email server. If you’re sending bulk email, a regular transactional email provider that manages your compliance with spam/feedback protocols and laws would be much better.
You’ve been banned from sending emails to Verizon domains. Your only choice is to follow the instructions and comply or forget about sending to Yahoo! and other Verizon domains. Or another option is to pay to use a SMTP relay service such as AWS.
If your intention is to send bulk emails and self host it, I suggest that you look into PowerMTA as your MTA rather than using MiaB as MiaB is not designed for such use as noted by @JoshData
