I want an email with ip address instead of domain, can i do it with mailinabox?
It should look like me@[<server_ip>].
Particular I need to setup this on digital ocean.
I was trying to simply create a server with a domain and use it’s ip to send emails, but several email providers failed to send such emails. Then I tried to use telnet, and it fails on the RCPT To: <me@[<server_ip>]> stage
550 5.1.1 <me@[<server_ip>]>: Recipient address rejected: User unknown in local recipient table

Internet email needs a domain for verification by other email servers, although possible to do it without a domain, MIAB is not made for that, and has no official configuration for this.
