I had run updates on my server which brought it to 23.04. I didn’t realize that it was going to break things. It seems that it somehow breaks finding python libraries. Is there a way to fix this or do I need to reinstall things?
Unless you have a way to back-rev your system to Ubuntu 22.04, you’ll have to reinstall Ubuntu 22.04 from scratch and then reinstall MiaB. MaiB only runs on LTS versions of Ubuntu, and usually only on every other LTS. So, 18.04, 22.04 and the next would presumably be 26.04.
