Sent Email Blocked by AT&T

So I got a returned email when email sent to @sbcglobal.net

_is_blocked.__For_information_see_http://att.net/blocks (in reply to MAIL
   FROM command)

When I did got to the site mentioned, it gave me these options of what configuration changes have my made since this happened:

Do I need to make any of these changes or just leave it empty and file a report?

AT&T is a pain. I don’t know. When this happens to me (a few times over many years) I just hope for the best.
