New here, wanted to ask if someone tried running MIAB for a SaaS service, My goal is to charge a small fee for users which should be able to add their own domains / use mailboxes on my domain and scale up as I grow.
How do I set this up on multiple hosts ? is there an API I can use to provision users ?

MiaB is intended to run as a standalone server. This service may be possible to do, but would be outside the goals of the project.
As openletter said, this would be outside of the project goals, but you are of course free to do whatever you want 
I would certainly like to hear how far you can stretch MiaB for such a goal. Anyway, API documentation can be found here https://mailinabox.email/api-docs.html , which might get you started.
