There’s an interesting Kickstarter book that might be interesting to this crowd.
Run Your Own Mail Server is a technology book discussing the tools, protocols, and intricacies of operating email for yourself or a small organization. The book has been written and has survived technical edits from experienced mail operators.
I don’t know that it will mention MIAB, but it likely covers most of the software that is in use. I’m looking to get better insight in to how all this works.
As a bonus, there are something like 6 other informative or fiction books that the author is including. And a 7th is on the table as well.
