Roundcube: connection to storage server failed

I tried to get a Comodo Free trial SSL certificate working. So I followed post I found here and after copied files to directory, I re-ran mailinabox

Now I cant log into Roundcude for user as I get the error connection to storage server failed

I tried to delete Dovecot index files with:

cd /home
/etc/init.d/dovecot stop
rm -f /imap///Maildir/dovecot
rm -f /imap///Maildir/./dovecot*
rm -f /Maildir/dovecot
rm -f /Maildir/./dovecot*
/etc/init.d/dovecot restart


But still have no luck.

Fixed as per the Maintenance Guide:

re-ran setup, and rebooted the box.
