Restoring-Directory already exists

I’m moving my box to a new server following these instructions:

https://mailinabox.email/maintenance.html#moving-boxes

I’m down to running duplicity to restore the backup, but I’m getting this error:

Restore destination directory /home/user-data already exists. Will not overwrite.

Should I `sudo rm -rf /home/user-data?`. Do I need to stop any services before restoring?

Thanks!

Had the same issue last week.

I added --force and it ended up working.
