I noticed my web site expire SSl, which my friend install that more than 90 days ago, using https://letsencrypt.org/ and is there any guide to renew it, ? I use amazon Litesale with wordpress, and control it by dns mail in a box

Your web site, not your Mail-in-a-Box, correct? You would need your friend or a web dev to renew it for you. It should have auto renewed if it was properly installed.
