RENAMING MENU: Admin - Contacts/Calendar to Cloud

I wonder if it could be possible to re-name the menu in Admin - Contacts/Calendar to Cloud
and also include link to:
Files https://domain.tld/cloud/files
as it is NC core feature …

as the Nextcloud in MIAB offers all three (Files, Contacts and Calendar)?

Or is there any specific reason why it is called “Contacts/Calendar” and “Files” link is missing?

Yeah, the files functionality of nextcloud is not part of the officially supported Mail-in-a-Box functionality.
