Redirect from root domain to www subdomain

hi , i used my www subdomain before it setup maib to 302 redirect to my root domain with a cname dns record from a service to host my personal website. after setting up maib , im not sure on how to get the same effect . i’m able to add a custom cname dns record to the www subdomain , and it works. but i don’t know how to possibly redirect it to the root domain .

i can’t change the cname record to the root domain, so i can only use the www

My box (which is pretty standard) returns a 301 for www.domain.com, redirecting to domain.com.

So just get rid of the CNAME you added and the standard setup should be fine.

Have a look at admin/web for a list of the domains that are served. By default, they all serve the same content.
