Question regarding multiple domains

Multiple Domain Names - Mail-in-a-Box Maintenance Guide

Is it possible to set up multiple domains on a single Mail-in-a-Box instance using one public IPv4 address? (I use an external DNS provider.)
Is there a more detailed guide available?
If I understand correctly, do I simply run the installation script again and enter the new domain?
Do I configure the DNS settings using the same parameters, just with the new domain name?
Are there any examples?

No, don’t rerun the script.

Just add an alias or user with an email address on the domain you want to add. The box does the rest.

Use the nameserver that points to the first domain in the admin panel of the registrar. Also for the new domain.
