Question about packages updating

Hi,

I got this notice recently :

====================
:heavy_multiplication_x: There are 11 software packages that can be updated.
python-apt-common (1.6.5ubuntu0.5)
python3-apt (1.6.5ubuntu0.5)
dovecot-managesieved (1:2.2.33.2-1ubuntu4.7)
dovecot-sieve (1:2.2.33.2-1ubuntu4.7)
dovecot-sqlite (1:2.2.33.2-1ubuntu4.7)
dovecot-imapd (1:2.2.33.2-1ubuntu4.7)
dovecot-pop3d (1:2.2.33.2-1ubuntu4.7)
dovecot-lmtpd (1:2.2.33.2-1ubuntu4.7)
dovecot-core (1:2.2.33.2-1ubuntu4.7)
linux-libc-dev (4.15.0-129.132)
cloud-init (20.4-0ubuntu1~18.04.1)

I see dovecot inside, last time some people got some problem with regular postfix update through system package update (ubuntu 18.04)

So its better to wait for a MiaB update ? or is it safe to apply thoses update ?

just fyi, I did a check on my current versions and dovecot* all 1:2.2.33.2-1ubuntu4.7, linux-libc-dev 4.15.0-129.132, cloud-init same version as above.

maybe I have updated them unknowingly, but everything is working without problem.
