I have the following domains configured in MiaB.
Old:
ns1.box.alfa.com
ns2.box.alfa.com
New:
ns1.box.beta.com
ns2.box.beta.com
All good and nice but when to configure an outlook what I put at Mail server do I put box.alfa.com?
Or what?

there it states your main domain and the mail server you need to input into your outlook 
Heh. I would love to be that simple but it is not working as intended.
Just found how. I used port 25 as TLS and 993 as SSL. This fixed my problem… but… why?
As I Understand It
You Need to Use box.alfa.com 's Name Servers For All Domains On The Server
Or,
Have A Different IP Address For Each Domain
And the RDNS For That IP Set Correctly For The Second Domain
