In owncloud how to be administrator so i can add aditional apps and change owncloud settings ?
This is not supported by MiaB. So by default, you dont have admin privileges 
You can unlock them with the following script:
https://github.com/mail-in-a-box/mailinabox/blob/master/tools/owncloud-unlockadmin.sh
Keep in mind, that this is unsupported, and can cause errors. If you have problems with your box after unlocking - you are completely on your own!
So only do that - if you know what to do
