Nothing is working fine

If there are no issues with ssl, there are issues with mails, if not, issues with admin panel.

Already reinstalled this mail in a box 5 times, getting same errors, managed to firstly stop the ssl certificates from mail in a box as it was just deleting the right certificates.

Now I cannot access the admin panel.

Mails are working fine from roundcube, but not working on thunderbird or outlook, not downloading latest mails, but yes sending them.

I don’t find the issues already, it is installed on an Ubuntu 22.04.

I have set dns records like mail. domain. com pointing to the mail in a box server ip, I have domain. com pointing to another ip where another website is hosted.

I manage to connect to mail accounts, but they do not download last mails, it does whatever it wants, also I imported mails from a cpanel and it imported most of them with empty bodies and headers.

Someone help please…

Last update: emails work perfectly fine on roundcube webmail, but on thunderbird or outlook not, they download, whatever the server wants to send, it allows me to send (sent emails are not stored on the server), but it doesn’t receive anything new.

Please do not take offense to what I am about to say. It is not meant to be offensive, but rather a comment on the current state of affairs. @reactruler

It sounds that you have no idea at this point what you are doing, or need to do. And that is ok, everybody starts somewhere.

Unfortunately, in your 3 posts, you have not given any specific information that would help anyone to even begin to attempt to assist you. Perhaps, that is for privacy reasons, and again that is ok.

There is one comment that you did make that I will grab on to:

Generally, if you follow the standard guidelines you’d not have to do the former, but would have to do the latter. You do not state how or where you have done either of these, so again, how can someone help?

I have been around these parts for a long time, and know MiaB quite well. Unfortunately, my availability to spend hours a day helping everyone in the community is long over. I have to put food on the table and a roof over my head, so my energies have been diverted elsewhere.

That said, I’d be happy to troubleshoot and help you fix the issues you have, but I’d have to charge a small fee. I’m sorry about that.
