New user - are these options possible?

Would like to make some small modifications to the setup.
Some issues I have with the default setup:

  1. mail.mydomain.ltd should not show a login page, or it should be behind a htaccess or better protection ( not public available )

  2. Is there a white mode non dark mode for the admin ui?

  3. Can I disable webmail?

  4. Can I disable group / calander options?
