Hi there. I am attempting to migrate my MIAB email accounts to a new server, but which running under a different primary (setup) domain name. I presently have example_11.com running as the main domain, with example_22.com running as an additional domain in the same setup. I have set up a new MIAB instance running with example_33.com as the primary (setup) domain.
I want to move the data for the example_11 (& example_22) to their same email addresses etc but now be additional domains on the new domain_33 server. Can I just use the standard (built-in) backup & restore process as per the migration maintenance guide? I have done a simple migration once before when moving VPS hosts, but nothing like this. Or, under these circumstances do I have do it the long way of copy / move each mail folder to an intermediary account, & then move the example_11 & example_22 to the new machine?
