More than one dmarc entry on my DNS

I have messages going to SPAM, and mail-tester is telling me I have more than one dmarc entry.

I am using MIAB DNS server, and I have added a dmarc entry in the custom DNS record as follows:
_dmarc.hamletmail.com TXT “v=DMARC1; p=none; rua=mailto:dmarc@hamletmail.com

Are you not able to put a dmarc record in the custom DNS?

I am using the Zoho CRM to send out emails. Is that server adding a dmarc record?

Thanks,
Ken

The error message is below:

A DMARC policy allows a sender to indicate that their emails are protected by SPF and/or DKIM, and give instruction if neither of those authentication methods passes. Please be sure you have a DKIM and SPF set before using DMARC.
Please make sure to keep only one DMARC entry on your DNS ( _dmarc.hamletmail.com )

“v=DMARC1; p=quarantine”
““v=DMARC1; p=none; rua=mailto:dmarc@hamletmail.com””
