Managing SSL certificates for websites managed on other hosting

Hi guys.
I’m having a bit of doubt how to configure my websites to use SSL.
I’m using MIAB as my DNS for a whole bunch of domains that are redirected to a couple of VPS’s with virtualmin on top.
Virtualmin as well have Letsencrypt SSL certificates but when I try to sign my website, I get an error which states that the SSL for that domain is already registered with the IP of my MIAB server.

I’m stuck with that since I don’t know what is the logic behind configuring MIAB to release the certificate to the hosting server.
