Internal Server Error when trying to add an email or modify DNS

I’m getting errors when trying to add anything to my miab server… dns entries… email accounts… a box pops up with this:

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request. Either the server is overloaded or there is an error in the application.

it then appears to add the email account, but the dns hasn’t been added for the new domain

I did get an error during the upgrade just before attempting to add the new domain. The domain in the error is functioning fine however.

Command ‘[’/usr/bin/ldns-signzone’, ‘-e’, ‘20200729’, ‘-n’, ‘/etc/nsd/zones/sellyourgear.auction.txt’, ‘/tmp/Ksellyourgear.auction.+007+27135’, ‘/tmp/Ksellyourgear.auction.+007+40808’]’ returned non-zero exit status 1.web updated

Anyone run into something similar?

Please confirm what you mean? Did you upgrade minor versions (such as 0.44 to 0.46) immediately before attempting to add the new user/domain?

So, specifically, what upgrade? and when?

0.44 to 0.46 Since the upgrade, I’ve been getting this error
