installing on ubuntu 18.04. having the following issues

  1. outside mail user sent to MIAB user bounces with " Server error: ‘550 5.1.1 <miab@domain,tld>: Recipient address rejected: User unknown in virtual mailbox table’. So I put miab@domian.tld in virtual mailbox table and nothing changes…same error.

  2. mail error log says ‘May 11 09:36:09 imap-login: Info: Disconnected (no auth attempts in 0 secs): user=<>, rip=72.14.186.210, lip=72.14.186.210, TLS handshaking: SSL_accept() syscall failed: Success, session=<cGvMR5+IMuRIDrrS>’. what is this saying?

According to the error message, that user does not exist. Are you sure that the email address was completely correct that the sender was using?

How exactly? The only additions should be via the control panel.
