Installation error with v0.61.1 on new Ubuntu 22.04.1

I did a new Ubuntu installation but I’m always getting the following error:

Initializing system random number generator...
dpkg: warning: version 'not' has bad syntax: version number does not start with digit

Seems that on my new clean installation logger was missing.

This solved the problem:
apt install bsdutils
