Install latest mailinabox on server running Ubuntu 16.04

Yes.

The installation instructions clearly state Ubuntu 18.04 LTS, and there is a reason for that.

Also keep in mind that MiaB is intended to be installed to a server with a fresh install of 18.04, and should not have anything installed besides MiaB.

I mention this because often people already have a server configured for something and want to install MiaB alongside the other applications. MiaB will not function properly if installed in this manner.
