postfix in not delved Email frequently .
sometimes it pass and sometimes bounce
I have added dns : * v=spf1 ip4:192.168.1.1 include:_spf.google.com ~all
v=spf1 ip4:IP_ADDRESS ~all

I assume your using external DNS, can I ask why you’re using two v=spf entries?
SPF states:
There cannot be more than one SPF record associated with a domain.
