One of my boxes has been receiving email a whole 7 days late.
Any ideas why this might happen or even where to begin troubleshooting?
Review the logs. Most likely this is an issue on the senders part. Email is typically queued for redelivery for just 2-3 days normally, so a 7 day delay indicates something else. Is this one particular sending domain perhaps?
No it is from all senders.
I recall first time senders being greylisted a few minutes, I don’t think it is that. I’ll check the logs for more information.
