How to turn off grey listing?

I’m finding that some legitimate email are being flagged by grey listing and I’m never seeing them. I can monitor the logs and see it come in and get grey listed. My understanding is that most email servers will try again and it should get past the 2nd or 3rd time. Problem is some email servers are not trying again (Steam for example).

I’d like to just turn it off and deal with any spam. I can’t afford to miss emails. Is there a way to do this? Even if it involves hacking the MiaB config?

Or is something else going wrong?
