How to deploy MiaB on Heroku?

I’m using Flynn on digitalocean which is open source version of Heroku if you will. in fact, it uses Heroku buildpacks (everything else might be different as it uses Docker on the core)

If someone can help me deploy MiaB on Heroku, I can use the same instructions to do it on Flynn
