Mail-in-a-Box can handle sending large volumes of email and multiple email inboxes and addresses.
Clustering is not supported at this time. You might have some luck using something like HAProxy in TCP mode and NFS mounts to achieve a clustered solution, but that’s absolutely unsupported and as far as I know, no one here has tried it.
