How to associate a person’s full name with their email address for an administrator on a mail server?
Something like how it is done in the admin interface on Yandex mail. There you can add user data from the admin panel (name, avatar, position).
This is generally an email client specific operation.
If you want to show additional user information in the admin panel it has to be developed by someone. In this case that someone is probably you
