I have a webserver on another IP address and I set A records for www .otherserver. com and otherserver. com. However, I am running into the issue where I will not get redirected if I type in otherserver. com and it will time out. If I use www.otherserver. com everything works normally. I have both servers hosted on digital ocean and I can’t solve this on my own. What should I do to try and fix the problem.
I would delete the A records and try again.
