Filtering in Roundcube does not work

I collect the mails with Fetchmail from other accounts (mail.com, etc.) and consolidate them in my Mail in a Box. Now here is the problem. The filters I generated in Roundcube do now work. Please help!

I am not overly familiar with Fetchmail, though I think that it retrieves the mail outside of Dovecot, so mails are not processed by the filters in RC.

Oh, is there then a possibility to manually filter the emails?

I have the answer. A cronjob did the trick
