Error with outlook 2013

hi Sir

I have problem with outlook 2013 , when i try to configure mail it give me the following error

Send test e-mail message: Your outgoing (SMTP) e-mail server has reported an internal error. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP). The server responded: * OK [CAPABILITY IMAP4rev1 LITERAL+ SASL-IR LOGIN-REFE

SMTP is port 587.

Please make sure to follow all instruction in Admin UI
