Error: No input file specified. on /mail/ page

I’ve had the box up and running since October and webmail had been working. I think it died when I upgraded to v21c, I’m now running v22. I get a mostly blank page that says “No input file specified.” I can still access mail with POP/apps and everything else is still working. Everything in the System Status Checks is green, except reverse DNS which seems to fluctuate for some reason between being set and not. Reboot, upgrading to v22 and rerunning setup did not fix the webmail issue. Would really appreciate any help pointing me in the right direction, I can’t seem to find the issue.

Can you have a look in /var/log/roundcubemail/errors ?

The only errors I’m seeing are from back in October.

Multiple copies of the following from October:
