Hi,
I’m receiving the error:
MTA-STS policy is missing: STSFetchResult.NONE
I’ve read some of the discourse posts, however, they seem unclear as to the correct resolution.
Would someone kindly provide more clarification about this matter?

Are you using MiaB as the DNS server for the domain?
So I think this will also happen if you are behind a router that doesn’t do NAT reflection. I can access the policy on my server fine externally, however my box “can not” because it is trying to access it via the WAN IP looping back in to the network (which is blocked by default on cisco enterprise gear).
I get the same messages/errors - but its a false positive for me.
In my case a sudo mailinabox did the trick. Just accept the two dialog boxes
Glad to find this old post! I just reinstalled my mailinabox and reached a point where everything is green on the status page except for this error. Rerunning sudo mailinabox did the trick for me too!
For future travelers, including ourselves, it would be great to see a helpful tip on the status page to suggest the fix so we don’t have to hunt for the answer.
That said, the Mail-in-a-Box Maintenance Guide does suggest this when anything has gone wrong as a first step, so I will keep that in mind going forward too.
