Error config outlook IMAP/POP account

Hi, i just finish the setup of MIAB, and i was trying to setup one account in outlook, first i try to setup exchange but outlook just keep asking for password every 1 second, so then i try to set up an IMAP and POP, but i always get an error for i think is the SMTP server, saying something like, 554 5.7.1 SERVICE UNAV. i used TLS and 587 PORT.

btw i can send and received from roundcloud.

For both incoming and outgoing mail a username and password should be provided. This kind of error will occur when the username for outgoing mail is missing.
