Error after login

Hello community. I’m new to mail-in-a-box. I’ve install it and after login via my web browser to : my-ip-address/admin. I got an error message show in the image bellow.
I’m using an ubuntu 18.04 machine on microsoft azure cloud.
Even after using the master branch
Thank you

Honestly @gisdinho that is very vague. I suspect that the issue is something to do with M$ Azure specifically. Please run the status check script from the command line and share the results.

~/mailinabox/management/status_checks.py

Okay @alento. here is the script I go

Without even looking deeply into what you have posted, you need to adjust M$ Azure’s firewall. I will look more specifically shortly. @gisdinho

The IP for the glue records does not match the IP that your droplet thinks that it is using … please check this.

You need to set rDNS with Azure.

I have to wonder if you even read the setup guide before you began?

Thank you a lot.
i’ve created a new machine and forgot to change my ip address.
I’ll take a look.
Thanks
I wonder something… even if dns isn’t well configured, can I nevertheless connect using ip address??

Yes, you certainly can, but that was not relevant in your case. You were connecting to the admin area just fine.
