Can somebody create registration form for this service ?
Not manualy create user from admin panel, instead user can create account automaticaly

Having Problems like https://discourse.mailinabox.email/t/installation-error/ is maybe not the best qualification for running a (commercial) mail provider 
MiaB is also not designed for such use cases - but you can make your own experiences. Get familiar with the code and Administration - and then you can think about that
