Is it possible to implement “dots don’t matter” feature in MiaB?

Probably to accomplish this will require changes to the postfix configuration. These changes are considered an unsupported modification and MiaB will revert your change with every version upgrade.

Alternatively, you can create an alias in the dashboard.

Not sure if you are migrating from gmail to miab, but a simple answer is to just alias the common ones you might have used in gmail.
Admin Panel → Mail & Users → Aliases.
Alias: john.doe@domain.tld
Forwards To: johndoe@domain.tld
Add Alias
