I am planning for upgrading MIAB once it supports Ubuntu 22.04, but I notice that the instructions for MIAB do not indicate the architecture. So my question is as titled.
I don’t actually know, but searching the source for amd64 only turns up one result in mailinabox/api/mailinabox.yml, and lsb only appears in the preflight.sh and bootstrap.sh to determine if the server is running Ubuntu 18.04 LTS. But maybe there is some other check performed that I didn’t find.
However, if there is some difference in how packages are configured or even exist for the different architecture, it may not work.
Officially, MIAB is amd64 only but the differences under ARM are very few and easily handled. See https://discourse.mailinabox.email/t/raspberry-pi-setup/6395
