do maililabox work with Debian, because I saw on documentations that need ubuntu 
MiaB completely installs all necessary packages and configures them, so it can only work for the system it is designed for, which currently is Ubuntu Server 18.04.

It does not.
If you want to use Debian you might be interested in this fork though: More power to Mail-in-a-box (fork showcase) which does. Although this is the last release that supports Debian 10, Debian 11 will continue to be supported as I understand it.
