I am installing mailinabox for the first time. I’m very excited to get started!
Unfortunately, I can’t get though the initial page at https://MY_IP/admin. Mainly, I get the following error:
“This domain’s DNSSEC DS record is incorrect. The chain of trust is broken between the public DNS system and this machine’s DNS server. It may take several hours for public DNS to update after a change. If you did not recently make a change, you must resolve this immediately by following the instructions provided by your domain name registrar and provide to them this information”
I re-ran setup, and rebooted the box. No change.
I’ve triple checked that the DNSSEC record provided by mailinabox is registered. It appears on https://dnssec-debugger.verisignlabs.com and http://dnsviz.net. Everything looks green.
I’ve done the DNS changes about 7 hours ago. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
UPDATE
On my box, drill -DT MY_DOMAIN returns
[S] MY_DOMAIN. 3600 IN DS KEY_TAG 7 2 DIGEST
Not sure what this means, especially the [S], and whether it’s good. Should it be a [T]?
