I have a frehs ubuntu 14.04 installation.
i can resolve every domainname etc.
But installing MAIB i got
Unable to fetch some archives, maybe run apt-get update or try with --fix-missing?
Now j can not resolve any Domainname.
The DNS Entry point to localhost.
What is MAIB doing ?

Without any of the error messages that you encountered it is really hard to tell.
From your description though, it does sound as though something has gone wrong. Who is your VPS provider? I would start over completely … reinstall the OS and rerun the MiaB setup - this time copy any relevant errors and share them here so we can see what is actually happening (or not happening).
