any ideas or do i need to start fresh
when i echo passphrase it does not show the full thing, maybe thats the problem? or echo does not show it all
I assume you are following this procedure? It would be good if you could provide the exact commands you use and the results from that. Also, how did you backup and restore the old server data?
Yes I was following that, using the same commands
When I was about to move, I copied the files from the encrypted folder to my own computer along with the key. Reinstall the newer os and moved the encrypted files back resulting in the error
