Hi All, I am a total newbie at this, I have an IT background but have never set up a linux VPS before or mailinabox.
I have just completed the server setup and mailinabox setup process.
when I got to the control panel I only see this Mail and Conacts/Calendar.
Nothing else nor the system page

Have you gone to https://box.domain.com/admin - for the appropriate domain, of course?
yes the page loads, I am not being shown the system tab
You logged in with a user account.
Login with the email you entered while setting up your MiaB.
