Constant phishing attempts, mail filter recommendation?

I have a setup with around 30 users, they are getting an average of 1-2 phishing attempts per week that are making it through with shady links and attachments. What are you guys using to block these?

I run a Proofpoint SMB deployment… Barracuda is also a great option.
