Cname help please

Hi there,
I have had mail in a box running for over a year now. I am now wanting to host a website with the same domain that main in a box is using.

I have set a cname for domain.com and www.domain.com - but these cnames are not working, the cname is not working and the domains are resolving to the mail in a box server still.

Any tricks to get this to work? Unfortunately I can’t use an A record because of the host I have the website on.

i deleted the entries and added them again. the www cname is working… however the domain without a prefix cname is not working.

Try with A records in Custom DNS instead CNAME’s. Ignore my answer if you really can’t use A records … !?
