Changing the url <box.web.site/mail> to a subdomain

Hey guys,
I want to change the <box.web.site/mail> url to <mail.web.site> subdomain which makes more scence, how can I do this?

AND another question:
where can I find the virtual host files which are bound to instruct the nginx to redirect to <box.web.site/mail> and <box.web.site/admin>?

I really need the help.
