While I see an option to modify an email address’ display name in Roundcube (and in other clients), mail sent from the iOS Mail client does not seem to have this option in preferences.
Is there some kind of server-side default value that is used for Exchange clients? It seems that mail sent from iOS appears on the receiving side with display name equal to the value to the left of the @ symbol in the email address.
